Provide on-site technical support for application maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Manage and respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and timely responses to incidents and requests.

Analyse system requirements, workflows, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to identify and resolve issues.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, procedures, and technical specifications.

Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of applications.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 8 years or above working experience in System Analyst role.

Strong knowledge of programming / technologies such as Java, ServiceNow, UiPath, SharePoint, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, Jenkins, SonarQube, Gitlab, Jforg, Jira and etc.

Strong understanding of application maintenance and support processes.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to tackle complex challenges effectively.

Strong verbal and interpersonal abilities to collaborate seamlessly with teams and stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills and team management skills inspire and drive success.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for a System Analyst role.
