- Support the execution of fuel procurement policies, standards, processes, and procedures while enhancing category management practices within the Fuels category. Develop training and guidance materials to ensure consistent adoption across teams. Streamline end-to-end procurement processes to minimize lead times, improve decision-making quality, strengthen supplier risk management, maximize commercial value, and achieve operational efficiencies.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting. Research and analyse relevant commodity markets and developments in local/regional/global supply chains. Spend data analysis, pricing trend and model development, decision making support, scenario forecasting and risk scenario planning. Prepare market insight and key management reports to business executives for management decision.

Establish and maintain partnerships with local and regional suppliers, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance.

Mitigate supply chain risks through diversification, contingency planning, and ethical sourcing practices.

Partner with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Legal) to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

University degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other relevant field of study with Post-Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, energy industry or commercial management roles with increasing level of responsibility.
- Membership and/or qualification from a procurement professional body (e.g. CIPS, ISM or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience in market research, report writing and contracts management.

Expertise in contract negotiation, spend analytics, and supplier performance management.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin advantageous for cross-border sourcing).
