Job responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Tender document preparation
- Communicate with internal stakeholder
- Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
- Degree holder in Architecture / Project Management/ Construction Management or other relevant disciplines
- 10 years' or above working experience in large scale office renovation projects is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
