Job responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the digital product roadmap/ strategy to align with company goals and drive commercial growth
- Oversee end-to-end digital product lifecycle to ensure maximum value for internal customers
- Define and rollout effective data collection methodologies to keep track on market trends and customer needs for strategy refinement
- Enhance customer experience (CX) through the adoption of better user interface/user experience (UI/UX)
- Fostering a culture that embraces innovation and skill enhancement within teams
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant diciplinse
- with 10+ years' experience, of which 6+ years' in digital product management
- Track records of building digital products in Luxury Retail or FMCG industries
- Experience in building loyalty programs and/or CRM digital products preferred
- Strategic mindset with good grasp of design thinking and customer experience design
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and business stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
