          • Articulate AI vision and strategy to stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts for collaboration.
          • Act as liaison between business, clients, and AI teams to ensure alignment.
          • Ensure AI initiatives deliver business value.
          • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching the team on best practices.
          • Collaborate with product owners to maintain a prioritized AI product backlog.
          • Understand AI/ML concepts and manage integration with third-party platforms.
          • Bridge business requirements with technical execution in AI projects.
          • Stay updated on industry trends and encourage continuous learning within the team.

Requirements:

• • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
          • 6+ years in project management, with specific experience in AI/ML projects; 2-3 years in a managerial role.
          • Strong understanding of project management principles, Agile methodologies, and AI/ML concepts. Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is advantageous.
          • PMP, CSM, or AI-specific project management certifications preferred.
          • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
          • Proactive, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking abilities.
