- Manage and enhance the ERP platform, providing support and maintenance
- Build strong relationships with ERP leaders, business stakeholders, and IT resources
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other departments to document and analyze current processes and design future workflows
- Ensure all business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and validated
- Support stakeholders during implementation by resolving issues and managing change requests
- Participate in integration projects, ensuring seamless connection with existing IT systems and applications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of business analysis practices and system integration methodologies
- 5 years of ERP implementation experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; knowledge of HRIS is advantageous
- Proven ability to influence change and improve workflows for diverse end users
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external teams
