- Develop, implement, and oversee QSE policies and procedures for regional projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all sites.
- Occasionally conduct comprehensive site inspections and audits to maintain QSE protocols.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and address QSE issues proactively.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on QSE best practices.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on QSE performance metrics and initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 16 years of experience in QSE management, specifically in geotechnical, site formation, or ground investigation projects.
- Strong familiarity with Hong Kong regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of safety construction operation on site in PRC or APAC region.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
