- Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify key sustainability performance indicators and set targets for improvement.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with ESG regulations and standards.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the company's ESG ratings and reputation in the market.
- Engage with investors, regulators, and other stakeholders on ESG-related matters.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in sustainability and ESG reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability management, ESG reporting, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of global ESG frameworks and sustainability best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
- Proven track record of improving ESG performance and ratings in a corporate setting.
- Experience working in the consultancy side is a plus.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
