Project Manager (Registered Lift Engineer) - Building Services Consultancy Firm
Job responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys and manage projects related to lift modernization initiatives
Oversee and facilitate the progress of lift and escalator modernization works
Perform regular on-site inspections of lift and escalator installations in compliance with the regulations
Monitor and update the status of maintenance, modernization, and enhancement projects
Support internal audits and reviews of lift and escalator maintenance and modernization activities
Coordinate with stakeholders including building owners, property management teams, maintenance contractors, and inspectors to ensure smooth execution of works
Review and verify operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals and testing reports
Coordinate site activities and conduct accurate site measurements
Job requirements:
Registered Lift Engineer or Resident Escalator Engineer
Professionally qualified in RPE, MHKIE, MCIBSE is preferred
Green Card Holder
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese
Able to work independently and perform under pressure
Prior experience with government projects is an advantage
