- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staffing, compliance, and loss prevention.

- Ensure adherence to budgets, cost controls, and operational standards.

- Conduct market analysis to identify expansion opportunities and optimize store networks.
- Partner with designers, contractors, and landlords to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value partners, suppliers, and landlords to drive mutual growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms and resolve operational issues with key stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of retail operations professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage experience in emerging Asian markets (e.g., Thailand) to advise on regional scalability and cross-market best practices.
- Support strategic initiatives for future expansion into high-growth regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of retail operations experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in managing multi-site retail operations in Hong Kong/Asia; experience in emerging markets (e.g., Thailand, Vietnam) is a strong plus.
- Expertise in merchandising, sales planning, and store development.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency advantageous.
