Conduct pre-handover defect inspections

Facilitate the handover of all newly constructed units and beyond.

Contribute to establishing high brand standards in upcoming projects.

Address defect inquiries and complaints from owners and residents.

Report any irregularities within your area of responsibility to management.

Provide assistance with any ad-hoc tasks as needed by the department.

Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Hotel Management or equivalent disciplines
-
At least 3-5 year of residential experience in property handover or customer service

Good team player with polite attitude

Excellent time management skills
