Responsibilities:

• • • • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety management systems in accordance with Hong Kong regulations and company standards.
      • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
      • Provide safety training and induction programs for all site personnel, including employees and subcontractors.
      • Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventative actions.
      • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.
      • Monitor and report on safety performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

• • • • • Must be a Registered Safety Officer (RSO) in Hong Kong.
        • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in safety management within the construction industry - main contractors.
        • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in housing projects.
        • Thorough knowledge of Hong Kong safety regulations and legislation.
        • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
        • Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese is a must.
