Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety management systems in accordance with Hong Kong regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
- Provide safety training and induction programs for all site personnel, including employees and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventative actions.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor and report on safety performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

- Must be a Registered Safety Officer (RSO) in Hong Kong.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in safety management within the construction industry - main contractors.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in housing projects.
- Thorough knowledge of Hong Kong safety regulations and legislation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese is a must.
