- Oversee and manage payroll operations: Manage and work hands-on with end-to-end payroll processes
- Pension: Manage MPF and/or ORSO contributions, ensuring the payments are made accurately
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, timecards, and payment histories, ensuring confidentiality and data security
- Reporting: Conduct regular payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports for management, finance, and regulatory agencies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes, implement best practices, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Team supervisory: Supervise the payroll team and provide training to them at times

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent disciplines
- With 8+ years’ hands-on payroll experience at sizeable organizations
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, employment laws, compliance requirements and the calculation of daily average wages (DAW)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Strong language and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
