- Responsible for planning and executing asset management strategies for assigned portfolio to maximize occupancy, NOI, and renewal rates
- Laise with property management and leasing, also maintain excellent tenant relationships
- Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management
- Regularly review performance, budgeting, and expenses from property management. Advise on necessary cost items and those that could improve NOI of assets
- Provide quarterly updates and reports eg. property valuation, government rates appeal, and payment on the financial and operational performance of the portfolio.
- Carry out asset management, capital expenditure programmes and asset performance improvements

Requirements:

- Degree Holder in Real Estate, Finance, or related disciplines.;
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in asset management/ tenancy management/ leasing
- Recognized professional membership of HKIA, AP, HKIS, or RICS is preferred but not mandatory;
- Competent in financial modeling, cashflow, and return analysis. Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Hands-on, independent, mature, flexible, result-driven, and fast-paced;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
