Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • Responsible for design planning, executing and managing data center developments in Hong Kong

              • Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;

              • Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;

              • Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;

              • Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline     

• Over 15 years of MEP engineering working experience, including at least 8 years of data center project, Greenfield data center project experience is preferred

• HKIE, CEng or IMechE is preferred

• Familiar with full cycle of project delivery and management

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
