Responsibilities:

• • • Monitor and supervise building services works to ensure that working procedures, schedules, quality and site safety are in compliance with contractual document and statutory requirements.

    • Monitor work progress, carry out inspections, participate in testing and commissioning, and manage site records.

    • Assist and report to project management team and construction team 

    • Advise and monitor on rectification of defects .

    • Perform site coordination work with consultants / main contractors / sub-contractors / supplies and the government departments

Requirements:

• • • Higher Certificate or above in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or Building Studies or equivalent.

    • Minimum 6 years' related experience as Building Services Inspector or related positions, particularly luxury hotel project

    • Experience in development projects’ superstructure.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Good command of English and native in Cantonese.

    • Familiar with Building Regulations and construction details.
