Work with agents and vendors to maximize rental income and occupancy, and minimize capital expenditures for the designated portfolio

Provide data-driven suggestions for building enhancements based on financial analysis and underwriting

Evaluate budgets and expenses to improve net operating income (NOI) and deliver regular updates to management.

Responsible for planning and executing asset management strategies for assigned portfolio

Analyze market trends and develop leasing strategies for both current and new properties

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field

Proven experience in asset management, leasing or similar roles

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and underwriting

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Knowledge of residential real estate markets and trends
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
