Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • Work with agents and vendors to maximize rental income and occupancy, and minimize capital expenditures for the designated portfolio

            • Provide data-driven suggestions for building enhancements based on financial analysis and underwriting

            • Evaluate budgets and expenses to improve net operating income (NOI) and deliver regular updates to management.

            • Responsible for planning and executing asset management strategies for assigned portfolio

            • Analyze market trends and develop leasing strategies for both current and new properties

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field

              • Proven experience in asset management, leasing or similar roles

              • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and underwriting

              • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

              • Knowledge of residential real estate markets and trends

              • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

              • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
