Responsibilities:

• • • Provide customer support for the APAC region.
    • Troubleshoot issues with Cisco, Palo Alto, and HPE Aruba technologies.
    • Collaborate with teams and external partners to resolve complex cases.
    • Conduct network assessments and implement changes.
    • Manage projects for new office setups and VPN configurations.
    • Support client onboarding/offboarding for smooth transitions.
    • Understand client needs and design tailored network solutions.
    • Lead network design strategies and define project scopes.
    • Attend weekly client meetings for project updates.

Requirements:

• • • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • At least 5 years of network support experience.
    • CCNA/CCNP certification preferred.
    • Experience in firewall migration and branch office network management.
    • Proficient in network analyzer tools and monitoring solutions.
    • Strong skills in designing and implementing network architectures.
