Responsibilities:

• • • • Responsible for full range of C&B section including but not limited to monthly payroll and final payment calculation, leave management, taxation and etc

      • Assist in preparing regular HR analytics reports for management review

      • Maintain employee database across regions and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate

      • Provide payroll insights and reporting to enhance HR and finance decision-making

      • Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned
