Provide engineering and technical support, along with project coordination for both installation and maintenance teams

Assist in leading and supervising the installation/modernization team to execute project plans effectively

Ensure projects are completed on time and in full compliance with contractual obligations

Monitor project progress and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery

Liaise with government authorities to ensure all projects meet regulatory standards

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in project management within the E&M or construction industry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the lift/elevator industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
