Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • Provide engineering and technical support, along with project coordination for both installation and maintenance teams

            • Assist in leading and supervising the installation/modernization team to execute project plans effectively

            • Ensure projects are completed on time and in full compliance with contractual obligations

            • Monitor project progress and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery

            • Liaise with government authorities to ensure all projects meet regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in project management within the E&M or construction industry
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the lift/elevator industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
