Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement planned maintenance programs for the properties
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

- Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines
- HKIA & ARB is a must
- At least 10 years of experiences in handling Hong Kong residential and commercial development projects, with minimum 5 years post-qualification
- Exposure in full project cycle is preferred, strong knowledge of Buildings Ordinance and professional maintenance practices
- Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
