Develop and implement CRM strategies to effectively manage customer relationships and drive customer retention and loyalty across the APAC region.

Collaborate with local marketing teams to analyze customer data and market trends, extracting actionable insights to formulate targeted and effective marketing strategies.

Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive conversions, and enhance brand awareness.

Monitor and analyze KPIs and RMF to measure the effectiveness of CRM and digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Manage the ecommerce website, working closely with the IT and design teams to enhance the UI/UX and ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior, preferences, and trends, leveraging insights to personalize marketing communications and drive engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM analytical field, preferably in the retail industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.

Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

Experience in website management and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; proficiency in other languages spoken across APAC is a plus.
