Collaborate with stakeholders and designers to enhance user experience by developing customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.

Conduct reviews with stakeholders and users to validate business objectives and ensure a positive product and service experience.

Serve as the primary contact for functional design inquiries within IT solutions, clarifying requirements as needed.

Create high-level and detailed functional and non-functional requirements or specifications to capture business needs and rules.

Identify gaps and issues, providing analysis and options to facilitate informed decision-making.

Contribute to the development of best practices for the team.

Travel may be required, including visits to the PRC or other Asian Pacific countries.

At least 3 year of experience in IT or mobile application development; experience in banking, finance, insurance, or retail is advantageous.

Strong business analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Passion for creating impactful experiences and deriving insights for clients through research, analytics, design, and delivery.

Experience in a client-facing role at an agency or consulting firm, or relevant experience in product management.
