Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing project execution and to ensure the project achieves the time and quality standard;

Work with the engineering team to prepare the project budget and cost plans;

Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;

Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies for A&A, fitting out projects

Requirements:

Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIS or equivalent would be an advantage
-
Minimum 7 years working experience with property developers or consultancy firms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
-
Fluent in spoken and written English
-
Good PC skills with hand-on experience in AutoCAD, MS Words, Excel etc.
