Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for Data Center projects.
• Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations, ensuring optimal value for the company.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and expenditures, providing timely reports and forecasts on costs and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with MEP elements of the project.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and MEP.
• Mentor and lead a team of quantity surveyors and support their professional development.

Requirements:

• • • • • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

        • Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying with a focus on MEP systems.

        • Proven experience in managing costs for Data Center projects.

        • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and financial management.

        • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.

        • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

        • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
