Responsibilities:

• • • Supervise a technical services team managing repairs, maintenance, and renovations for a commercial property portfolio.
    • Ensure contractor performance aligns with established company standards and track maintenance records.
    • Design, oversee, and control budgets for maintenance activities and capital projects.
    • Evaluate and provide recommendations on tenants' fitting-out proposals.
    • Coordinate improvement, upgrade, and alteration projects from planning to execution.
    • Develop and assess energy-saving strategies for the premises.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

• • • Degree holder in Building Services or related discipline
    • Member of HKIS/ RICS/ HKIE/ CIBSE/ IMechE or equivalent is preferred
    • At least 8 years of property maintenance experience with managerial grade exposure (for Grade A commerical properties)
    • Mature, independent and with strong leadership & communication skills, and able to work under pressure
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
