Responsibilities:

• • • • • Monitor, maintain, and optimize WAN, LAN, and WiFi for peak performance and maximum availability.
        • Troubleshoot, evaluate, and resolve SDWAN, LAN, and WiFi performance and capacity issues on-site.
        • Configure and back up WAN, LAN, WiFi, firewalls, and other network components.
        • Troubleshoot and optimize WAN circuits in collaboration with upstream providers.
        • Supervise contractors during fiber cable and block wiring installations.
        • Prepare and update network documentation and diagrams.

Requirements:

• • • • • Degree or diploma in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering.
        • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise network or WiFi support.
        • Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols, firewalls, and WiFi controllers.
        • Familiarity with GPON broadband and fiber optic systems.
        • Preferably holds Cisco’s CCNA and Fortinet NSE 3 certifications.
        • Team player with excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure.
        • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
        • Willingness to work outside regular hours for maintenance or on-site support.
