Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for residential projects.

Oversee quality control activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with project teams to provide guidance on quality-related issues and best practices.

Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management.

Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance within the construction or development industry, with a focus on residential projects.

Membership in HKIE, MICE, MCIBSE, or MCIOB is preferred.
-
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proven leadership and project management skills.
-
Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin is a must.
-
PRC + HKG project exposure is a plus.
