- Cost Management: Manage project costs from inception to completion.
- Tender Preparation: Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Valuations: Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement corrective actions.
- Subcontract Management: Manage subcontractor accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Claims Management: Prepare and negotiate claims.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Membership of HKIS or RICS will be an advantage but not a must.
- Experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry preferably in housing project.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and construction practices in Hong Kong.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese is a must.
- For Senior roles, proven experience in leading and managing teams is required.
