Responsibilities:

- Monitor the fitting out project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Lead a Project Team with making the key decisions and drive the directions on the projects;
- Mantain good relationship with existing and poetntial clients and business partners;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive growth initiatives to expand the company's market presence;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Liaise with local government for statutory submission;
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Studies or other relevant disciplines
- At least 20 years of experiences in handling luxury hotel and commerical development projects
- Exposure in full project cycle is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project
