- Lead a team in managing all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and efficiency.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with treasury team in looking after cash flow management, funding strategies, and banking relationships.
- Provide support on company secretarial matters, including preparation and filing of statutory documents and maintaining corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project financing and investment analysis.
- Ensure compliance with listing rules and regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required
- Minimum 20 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the property development sector.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
