Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Develop and analyze sales plans, strategies & positions for the company
• Consolidate sales performance of all projects and support the team to formulate the pricing strategies to capture market opportunities
• Oversee all first-hand ordinance matters and provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience with proven successful sales track record of residential properties
• Able to work within strict and tight timelines and station at different sales offices
• Mature with positive mindset as well as a good team player.
• Proficiency in MS office application.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and language skills with fluency in English and Chinese.
• Less experience will be considered as Sales Officer
