Responsibilities:

• • • • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to evaluate investment opportunities.
      • Prepare investment memos, presentations, investor reports, and financial statements.
      • Identify emerging trends and investment opportunities within the technology sector through in-depth market and industry research.
      • Analyze portfolio company performance and provide insights for investment reviews.
      • Manage capital calls, distributions, record-keeping, and collaborate with external service providers (auditors, custodians).
      • Ensure adherence to SFC regulations, fund agreements, and internal policies.
      • Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• • • • • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
        • 1-3 years of experience in investment operations, fund management, or PE/VC, with exposure to investment analysis. Fund operations experience is a strong advantage.
        • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
        • Solid understanding of fund accounting and private market investment processes.
        • Familiarity with Hong Kong SFC regulations.
        • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with fund management software (e.g., Investran, eFront).
        • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
        • Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Associate position.
