Responsibilities:

• • • • • • Assist in coordinating and managing subcontractors' construction projects.
          • Monitor project progress and ensure construction steps are completed according to schedule.
          • Identify and resolve issues independently, coordinating all problem-related matters on-site.
          • Promote and implement construction site safety measures.

Requirements:

• • • • • • Secondary school education (Form 3 level) with a TCP T1 qualification.
          • Possession of a Construction Site Supervision Certificate or higher qualification is preferred.
          • Must hold a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and Construction Safety Supervisor Training Certificate.
          • Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction site work.
          • Familiar with site operations and coordination, capable of independently managing construction projects.
          • Proficiency in written Chinese; ability to understand English correspondence is an advantage.
