- Coordinate construction activities with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Mobilize resources and collaborate with teams to deliver projects on schedule
- Monitor site works and contract compliance to meet project requirements
- Support the Project Manager in daily project administration and site operations
- Track construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Facilitate timely submission of designs and project information from subcontractors
- Identify and resolve project-level issues across different functions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or degree in Building Studies, Construction Management or related field
- 3+ years (PC) / 6+ years (SPC) of building construction site experience
- Familiar with cost control, contracts, regulations, and construction operations
- Strong background in site coordination, supervision, and submissions
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
