- Oversee and standardize the operations and maintenance procedures related to building services to ensure consistent and efficient practices.
- Lead feasibility studies and manage the implementation of improvements and upgrades to building services infrastructure, with a focus on enhancing energy efficiency.
- Manage building services and system upgrade projects from inception to completion, including scope development, technical specifications, project planning, tendering, site inspections, coordination, and budget control.
- Prepare annual and periodic technical budgets and expenditure forecasts for management review and approval.
- Identify, assess, and implement smart electrical and mechanical (E&M) technologies to improve building performance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of building services systems, recommending and implementing necessary maintenance or upgrades to ensure optimal reliability, efficiency, and performance.
- Propose and execute energy-saving strategies, sustainability initiatives, and retro-commissioning projects to support environmental goals.
- Collaborate with building teams to execute special projects and retrofits, while maintaining accurate statutory records and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and opportunities for improving energy performance.
- Coordinate with both internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure quality assurance, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and adherence to project budgets and objectives.
- Supervise contractors to ensure their work complies with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Possession of a Grade B Registered Electrical Worker Certificate is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in the operation and maintenance of commercial buildings, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing building services and coordinating with service providers and contractors for project execution.
- Practical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and hands-on experience in testing and commissioning of E&M systems.
- Strong understanding of BMS, control systems, and energy management principles.
- Excellent analytical skills, a high sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Proficient in PC applications, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
