- Oversee general upkeep of buildings and manage interior renovation and improvement projects.
- Manage daily repair and maintenance tasks for a diverse range of properties including offices, industrial sites, residential buildings, commercial spaces, and retail outlets.
- Monitor onsite contractors to ensure work progress aligns with quality expectations and meets required standards of workmanship.
- Respond promptly to urgent issues arising from failures in essential building services or other unforeseen problems.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring projects are completed within scheduled timelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager of the Projects & Building Services Department.

Requirements:

- Holder of a Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Facilities Management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in facility operations and maintenance.
- Must possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
- Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade “A” or above).
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, ideally within property developers or management firms specializing in property maintenance.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD and possesses strong general computer literacy.
- Well-versed in the Buildings Ordinance and relevant local regulations, including the Minor Works Control System.
- Independent, self-driven, and organized with effective time management skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and eco-friendly materials is a plus.
