Responsibilities:

• • • • • Reporting to board of director of the company, this person will be in charge of the project development in PRC
        • Responsible for planning, executing and managing various types of the development projects 
        • Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
        • Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
        • Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
        • Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines
            • Registered Architect (HKIA) / Registered Engineer (HKIE) with Property Developer exposure 
            • Experiences in handling sizable mixed use development projects in PRC 
            • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese 
            • Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
