Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Conduct cost analyses and monitor project expenditures.
- Support the management of subcontractor accounts and payments.
- Prepare progress claims and final accounts.
- Conduct site measurements and valuations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
- Assist in contract administration and compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quantity surveying staff.

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, with a strong civil background.
- Membership of HKIS or RICS is a must.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in both writen and spoken English and Cantonese is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and solve problem individually.
