Responsibilities:

• • • • • Oversees the leasing and operational management of retail assets in Hong Kong.

        • Coordinates tenant fit-out projects and supports daily tenant operations, including property management and mall marketing initiatives.

        • Develops and monitors budget reports to align with departmental goals.

        • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities and partnerships, both locally and globally.

        • Cultivates strong stakeholder relationships, engaging with current and potential tenants on lease agreements, renewals, and rental negotiations.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred

            • Excellent command in spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage

            • Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing and business development (strong connection with F&B Group would be an advantage)

            • Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager position
