- Act as the primary contact for project delivery and ongoing services.
- Ensure that services comply with Service Level Agreements and agreed costs.
- Lead a virtual team to ensure efficient service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Manage services including Data Center Build-to-Suit, Hosting, and Network Services from start to finish.
- Provide customers with updates on project delivery and service operations.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct team meetings to facilitate clear communication with clients.
- Oversee Data Center construction and customization projects.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and construction teams to manage project schedules, quality, costs, and risks. Escalate issues as necessary and ensure project closure with customer approval.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain customer satisfaction. Work with teams to enhance services and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Engineering or Construction management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Center or Construction industries.
- Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure and relevant experience in construction or operations.
- Proven customer service skills with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Commitment to client service and strong conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese and simple Mandarin is preferred.
