- Support the project team in administrative tasks for retail fit-out projects
- Communicate with clients, designers, and subcontractors etc
- Monitor on-site safety standards, work quality, progress, and craftsmanship
- Attend regular site meetings and organize tasks regarding to the instruction of the Project Manager
- Manage document submissions, correspondence, and records for all project stakeholders
- Coordinate subcontractors in alignment with approved design specifications
- Oversee material logistics, including procurement and delivery to the site
- Occasionally night work might be required

Requirements:

- Diploma or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail fit-out, interior design, or architecture
- Prior site coordination experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in taking meeting minutes and managing documentation in English
- Strong organizational skills for handling correspondence and records
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Immediate availability preferred
