Responsibilities:
- Oversee all quantity surveying activities for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.
- Manage project costs, monitor financial performance, and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective communication and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost estimates for new projects.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve any issues and provide expert advice.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Mentor and lead junior quantity surveying staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Must be a chartered member of HKIS or RICS.
- Preferably experienced in data center projects, industrial buildings, or commercial buildings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work independently and lead a team.
- Proficient in both spoken and writen English and Cantonese.
