Responsibilities:

• • • • Responsible for design planning, executing and managing data center developments in Hong Kong;
      • Lead and manage the full mechanical / electrical design lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and industry best practices;
      • Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
      • Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
      • Participate in client meetings, incorporate their feedback effectively, and foster enduring professional relationships
      • Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
      • Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• • • • • Degree holder or above in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or related discipline     
        • Over 15 years of MEP engineering working experience, including at least 8 years of data center design projects, Greenfield data ceter project experience is preferred
        • HKIE, CEng or IMechE is preferred
        • Familiar with full cycle of design, project delivery and management
        • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
        • Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
