- Partner with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements, converting them into clear technical specifications while evaluating the feasibility of proposed solutions
- Oversee and coordinate with vendors to ensure successful delivery of application projects across all stages, including development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), production rollout, and ongoing maintenance
- Deliver technical expertise and support to end-users, resolving issues, addressing system errors, and ensuring seamless application performance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), while conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency and promote best practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations by implementing robust security measures, conducting regular audits, and performing risk assessments
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals in effective application management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Over 12 years of experience in IT application development, project management, and vendor coordination.
- Experience in property management and/or property development industries is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in leading and managing IT application teams and external vendors.
- Business-focused approach with strong collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders, business users, and service providers to deliver high-quality application solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of major SaaS platforms, including CRM, HRMS, ERP, PMS, and FMS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
