- Lead and manage the safety and quality team across the APAC region, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations.
- Oversee geotechnical and ground investigation projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety management systems and quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams across the PRC and APAC regions to ensure consistency in safety and quality practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on safety and quality standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
- Report on safety performance metrics and quality assurance findings to Head of APAC.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to safety and quality management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in safety and quality management, with a focus on geotechnical or ground investigation projects.
- Proven experience managing projects within HK and PRC or APAC regions.
- Registered Safety Officer (RSO) AND Registered Safety Audit (RSA) by the HK Labor Department is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and risk management practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multinational environment.
