- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for fitting out projects.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project delivery within budget and on schedule.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier and subcontractor relationships.
- Monitor project costs and provide advice on cost control measures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential issues impacting project costs.
- Prepare tender documents and assist in the tendering process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with a focus on fitting out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Membership or eligibility for membership in a relevant professional body is a plus.
