Head of Branding - Global (High Jewellery | Storytelling | HNW | Social Media )
Strategy Development and Digital/Social Media Budget Management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Formulate social media strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Align digital campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
  • Ensure local digital and social strategies are effectively executed while managing the annual budget for these areas.
Content Development and Management
  • Supervise the creation, curation, and management of compelling content across digital and social media channels.
  • Tailor content to meet the needs of target audiences and optimize it for performance.
  • Engage with followers and oversee community interactions.
  • Manage relationships with social agencies, ensuring coordination and performance oversight.
  • Lead content development initiatives with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Sales team, regional team), including content strategy and mapping for key platforms.

Online KOL Management and Community Engagement

  • Identify and evaluate online influencers to develop relevant KOL programs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with online communities and influencers.
  • Oversee client interactions and feedback across digital platforms


EPR and SEM Campaign Management

  • Direct EPR and SEM project initiatives.
  • Conduct briefing meetings and negotiate budgets with local social and digital agencies for each campaign.
  • Coordinate approvals for social posts, EPR, and SEM content with the line manager.
  • Participate in media cooperative planning meetings to enhance brand exposure and leverage bonus resources with media partners and the CCTAJ PR team.
     

Performance Analysis and Trend Monitoring

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital marketing performance indicators.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and enhance ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media ( Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Wechat, Weibo & The Little Red Book) 
  • Experiment with new tools and platforms to strengthen digital presence.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., sales, design, production, and the marketing team) to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing.
  • Coordinate campaigns that utilize multiple digital channels effectively.
