Showroom Sales Manager ( High Jewellery | Private Client )
**This role requires relocation to Taipei**
 
About this role: 
  • Team Development: Lead and develop the Gallery sales team, including Art Jewel Experts and Private Client Managers, to achieve business targets.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring guests are greeted and attended to for a superb experience.
  • Market Insight Reporting: Deliver in-depth insights on international and local high jewelry markets, reporting performance, client feedback, and improvement recommendations.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with target clients, identifying and nurturing the client base to enhance engagement and loyalty within Taiwan.
  • Gallery Presentation: Ensure the Gallery’s aesthetic aligns with the brand, overseeing immaculate presentation through effective opening and closing checklists.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Liaise with inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels in the Gallery and ensure alignment with inventory systems.
  • Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with corporate functions like IT and HR to ensure cohesive workflows and operational efficiency across the Gallery.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the accuracy of inventory in the Gallery and manage transfers to other locations to ensure stock integrity.
  • Marketing Support: Support the Managing Director and global/regional marketing teams in retail planning and contribute to the annual strategic plan for Taiwan.
  • Event Collaboration: Work with marketing on event planning within the region while maintaining the company’s Mission & Vision Statements and Core Values in all aspects.
About you: 
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or specialized training in luxury goods preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in high-end retail or luxury jewelry, demonstrating a strong sales track record.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing sales staff for optimal performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing high-net-worth clients, ensuring personalized service and effective relationship building.
  • In-depth understanding of the luxury jewelry market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
