- Ensuring a seamless and efficient service flow within your designated area of the restaurant.
- Overseeing the setup and decoration of the restaurant.
- Training new staff members according to established standards.
- Maintaining exemplary service quality to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring hygiene and quality standards are consistently met in the restaurant.
About You
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in premium Chinese restaurant.
- Experience in hotel and club environments.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Receptionist's responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve our Members and their guests professionally at clubhouse's Chinese restaurant.
- Respond to telephone inquiries, manage reservations, and confirm daily bookings.
- Organize table arrangements to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining Members' records within the system.
- Ensure that menus are clean, presentable, and available for all meal periods at all times.
- Handle tasks related to menu printing.
About you:
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Knowledge and experience with booking systems.
Server's responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to the Members and their guests in a Chinese restaurant.
- Support the captain in ensuring smooth and efficient service in your designated section of the restaurant.
- Uphold top-quality service standards to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high hygiene and quality standards within the restaurant.
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fine-dining restaurant, preferably in hotels and clubs.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
